REFLECT
DISCOVER
DISCERN
APPLY

Our workshops guide participants to reflect on what they believe and know already, discover what the Word of God teaches about leadership, discern how they can be faith leaders and teach participants how they can apply their learnings within their communities and in their lives, no matter who they are.

Matter?

Why does developing the next generation of Christian Leaders

Students today begin asking deeper questions earlier than ever before.
Not just what they believe —
but why they believe it, and whether it is truly theirs.

They grow up surrounded by faith.
They attend, participate and learn.

And the people guiding them care deeply.
Churches invest. Parents support. Mentors show up faithfully.

But most of a student’s faith is experienced in scheduled settings — lessons, services, and discussions led by someone else.

Rarely do they have a place where they
must decide, act, and carry it themselves.

So when real questions arrive, the faith they know can feel like something they’ve participated in, not something they personally hold.

Faith can be learned early,
but
ownership of it forms later.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.”
— Matthew 7:7

Alitheia Ministries exists to develop and support students into Christian leaders who own their faith, by creating intentional environments.

Places where they ask honest questions, take real responsibility, and grow into a faith they personally carry — through experience, reflection, and community.

The next generation does not only need instruction, but formation they participate in.

We develop leaders who own their faith. Those leaders then work with their peers and their communities to guide them on their faith journeys too.
